🌊 How to Play

• 🏖️ Survive the beach day, 9 AM to 7 PM. Run out of HP and you're out.
• 👟 Tap the beach to walk there — hold to run (tiring!). Desktop: WASD/arrows, Shift to sprint.
• 🌊 Read the surf: ripples are safe to stand through, rollers need a timed Jump or Dive, and the big thumpers demand a Dive.
• 🏆 Riding waves earns Pleasant Points — streaks, sharp timing, and dives pay extra.
• ⛱️ Rest under your umbrella to slowly heal. Safe, but no points.
• ✈️ Planes drop power-ups. Walk over an item to grab it before a gull does.
• 🫸 Shove rivals out of the water — or punt a crab on the sand.
• 🚩 Mind the lifeguard flags, storms, wildlife, and rip currents (swim sideways to escape a rip).
• 🎣 The boardwalk shop sells bait — soak it in the surf to catch fish, sell them back for points, or let a shark take one instead of a bite out of you.
